This is an awesome place to stay! It is close to the Bosque trails, in a great area with little crime, and the owner is a pleasure to work with. I have zero complaints.

When Tom, the owner, was in charge very peaceful place to live. He got dementia and the daughter, Julie, put in charge of managing. Since then things have gone down hill. She has raised rents, evicted people, generally exhibited greedy behavior. I had to pay $100 just to get the elm tree trimmed. She is only interested in getting her family daughters @ friends living here. Not interested in non family members. Not a good place to live.

Arbor RV Park is a great place to stay! It’s in a beautiful location and very convenient to get to I-40 and other restaurants and local coffee. Plus close to the river and walking trails. I really enjoyed my time here and will definitely be coming back!!

My family and I stayed at Arbor RV Park for 14 wonderful months. The family that owns the property was very nice and always professional. The RV park was a jewel in the middle of Albuquerque. The RV park is always clean and the spaces are spacious. I also enjoyed the neighbors which were mostly retired professional. If you have pets or enjoy walking you’ll love how close you are to the walking trials of the bosque. If you need a place to stay for a night or a few months I would highly recommend Arbor RV Park.
