Campground could be in a better spot. It was nice to get away though
Beautiful location right on the lake. Not very well maintained, though. Both water pumps in the campground were out of order, which we were counting on; fortunately, a kind neighbor let us have some of their water. Campsites don't have any smooth places to put up your tent, unless you don't mind lumps in your back when you sleep. Also, lots of OHVs riding through the campground. Several years ago, this was a great place, but it's gotten run down and crowded since.
The view was awesome, snow peaks in August. Fishing want good but we had fun!!
A nice area to camp. Did not like the 4-wheelers and side-by-sides going til 11 at night! Lake is beautiful!
'Twas a great place for camping. It may just be when I went, but it was nowhere even close to crowded. Be aware that there is zero cell service here, but that made it all the better to me. Beautiful landscape and a great place to unwind.
