This place has room for campers or you can rent a cabin. The owners are friendly and they keep this place clean. The bathroom is very clean and showers are nice and clean. They have hot water but if there is too many people taking showers you might not have any hot water. They sell ice and wood fire. They have free Wi-Fi so you'll be able to have service.
Just had another great stay at Windrock Gap Campground, our four or fifth time here over many years. We love site 29 which is way in the back by a peaceful stream. It's always quiet, clean and enjoyable. The bathhouse is clean and well maintained. This is a wonderful family business, and we are always happy to return. We enjoyed the new addition of the two black dogs who visited us each day! Easy access from here to the trails of Windrock Park and other area activities. Always a good experience here and highly recommended.
Great place to ride. Different degrees of trails depending on difficulty of each trail. Beautiful scenery. Lots of family fun. Found an old school, radar installation, church, waterfalls, old train, windmill farm, wild hogs, turkey, lots of breathtaking views. We are looking forward to going again. Seventy three thousand acres of good times. Three hundred miles of different trails to ride. Take you a cooler with food and drinks.
