We are first time camper buyers. It started as a nerve wracking thing until we stopped in to willies RV. From the get go everyone we came into contact with provided excellent service. Garrett(sales) Joe(sales) Josh(finance) and Ethan(Technician) gave us nothing but 100% of time and attention to detailed service. I highly recommend buying from them if you want a smooth purchasing process. You will leave here confident of your life's decision.
I would like to thank Willies RV for helping us with an emergency breakdown. In June, we were heading back home to Ohio from Northern Wisconsin, when we had trouble with our hitch. They worked us in at the end of the day. This allowed us to continue and make it home.
Like another reviewer, parts don't respond to emails either. I have a 2021 32BHDS where the Dinette window just shattered when closing it. While cleaning up the mess of broken glass I noticed that there was a screw drilled in on the inside of the frame which should have been on the outside of the frame. It's obvious it happened during manufacturing chipping the glass which weakened it, then finally, just shattered (see photos). I noticed the chip a few weeks ago since that window don't get used much it went unnoticed. It shouldn't be that difficult to respond.
I’m in Colorado and purchased a Jayco from Willes all remotely. 5 stars for Josh the fiancé manager for prompt communication, attention to detail and the willingness to go above and beyond to make it happen. Arranged transport through the vendor they use and it went smoothly and ahead of schedule. Very pleased with the entire experience.
Outstanding customer service. We had our camper repaired under warranty and they did an amazing job even though we didn't buy it from them. Every item we asked for was carefully and professionally taken care of. We will be referring everyone we know to Willie's and our next purchase will be with them as well. They just earned a customer for life! Thank you Willie's!
