From Denver take Interstate 70 to the Highway 40 (Empire) exit.
Take Highway 40 past Empire, over Berthoud Pass, through Winter Park, Fraser, Tabernash, Granby and Hot Sulphur Springs until you reach the town of Parshall.
At Parshall turn left (south) on Route 3; follow the road to the Williams Fork entrance.

Great place to camp usually a 5 star although this particular time the mosquitos were large and hungry no matter what level of det you have on!!!!!
Great, free camping on a nice lake! Spots are fairly level with fire rings and picnic tables. Vault toilets are some of the cleanest I’ve ever seen. Stayed here a couple nights and it was very quiet and peaceful.
Decent place to camp doesn't offer a lot. Hoping it's true they won't start charging fees next year.
One of my favorite places to camp. It's free and it's beautiful. Bring wood! The bathrooms are glorious! They are so clean and beautiful. It's the little things when you're camping😊
