The owners are awesome! They work overtime to make your stay enjoyable. They escort you to your site, help you hook up your rig and provide firewood and kindling. There is a hiking trail where you’ll find a pond and otters among the redwood trees. We stayed a week made the short trip to the ocean, Mendocino and State Parks. Looking forward to going back.

We stayed at wild wood for the weekend and it was so peaceful and quiet. The staff is super friendly and very helpful. We stayed in an rv but the tent sites are super cool tucked back in dense redwood forest. We will definitely be back here next time.

Under new management so the bad reviews about the tweakers and trashy run down trailers has changed!! ... We only saw beautiful redwoods! All of the staff was so very helpful from taking us to our spot and helping to back us in, hooking up, setting up our first fire and a complimentary bundle of firewood!! Camp spots also included a trash can and pick up service. Big thank you to Travis, Jessica and staff for a great stay at your campground, we will definitely be back and can't wait to see even more upgrades as they come along! The weather was beautiful! Far enough away we didn't get the overcast wetness or the wind, but we had the beautiful cool weather and only 3 miles to the ocean!

Great location but needs work. Stayed here one night on a road trip with our little family. There are a lot of seemingly permanent residents in the park. Most drove very quickly on the small roads in the park, and one four wheeler was driving around quite often way too fast. When we pulled in they told us there was going to be a DJ from 7-10. The DJ was extremely loud and playing some explicit music for those with kids. Not exactly the background I prefer while camping in the redwoods. But they did stop just before ten and was quiet the rest of the night.

Not a very good deal for the price they charge. A few days later on our road trip we stayed at a brand new resort on a golf course with beautiful showers, laundry, etc for the same price. Despite all this the staff were all very friendly and helpful and we would likely stay here again purely for the location. You are surrounded by redwoods and dense forest. Could be a truly great place to camp and I hope It gets there

We had a great time staying at Wildwood Campground with our trailer. It’s a gorgeous spot. The owners Kay and Travis were very helpful and kind. We plan to return later this year!
