Quite. Friendly people everywhere. Extremely helpful staff. Boat slips, trailer parking, clean showers & bathrooms. We can't say enough great things about this wonderful relaxing environment. We will be back. Paul Again in 40' American Eagle #7.

I've driven by here so many times, I always thought it was a private resort. I stopped by on a whim and so glad I did. We launched in the morning for a nice day out in the water. After a long day we came back and enjoyed a couple of Micheladas at the little restaurant on site. The food was great and the service awesome. they also have a nice little bait and tackle shop that carries plenty of bait and or tackle. Highly recommend it. I'll be back for sure.

This mansion is beautiful! The only thing that dampened the trip is the very rough and very bumpy road you have to drive on to get to it.

It's a cute little spot on the delta. We stayed in one of the cozy little cabins. Prices are reasonable for what you get. The room and bedding were all clean and well maintained. October is off-season so there weren't a lot of other folks around. We didn't spend a lot of time at the resort; we were on the water most of the weekend.

Minor gripes and petty annoyances:

It might be nice if there was a little table or shelf in the bathroom for your toiletries.

As with many inexpensive motels, the wall mounted AC/Heater unit is kinda noisy. My buddy had trouble sleeping. If you're sensitive to background noise you might want earplugs; which is sound advice (pardon the pun) while travelling anyways.

This is our second time in a month staying here in Cabin 1! The resort is lovely and peaceful, with onsite bait shop and Mexican restaurant. The cabin is very cozy and comfortable, with a little kitchen, dinette and large fridge. The property is well taken care of and the lady at the front desk is a gem… taking very good care of us with checking! We also met the property owner who made sure our cabin was ready and turned on the heat! The location to town and the Delta is perfect!
