Sites can accommodate most slide-outs. Pull-thru sites have a picnic table and patio, and can take RV’s up to 45 feet. Amenities include Wi-fi, cable TV hookups, laundry, restrooms, showers, and guest lounge.
Sure the spaces are a little close together, like anything else in the bay area. But the price for monthly rent here is unbeatable. I've been here about a month and it is peaceful and quiet. You can hear a bit of distant freeway noise but it's not loud.
I was concerned about crime at first due to the surroundings but it seems that having so many neighbors in such proximity keeps theft down.
Most of the residents I've met are workers who are temporarily in the area, and a handful of retirees. The sites at the front are for short term people who generally stay a few days.
The office staff here is wonderful. Friendly and accommodating. The common areas are well kept. Decent laundry facility.
The manager is rude and when asked to speak to the owner I was immediately told I could not and she would not get me in contact with them. Then told me to fill out a complaint form. To which I have no confidence she would actually forward on. So I decided to post this. Maybe it will get the owner to reach out. Have been very happy with this location before now. We even came back for a stay after we were here last year but probably won't ever come back or recommend this park as we have been, based on how I was just treated today. Started out with her giving me attitude when I tried to inquire as to why I received a tow sticker on a car parked in the designated "overflow lot" when we had a car parked in the back that is labeled "overflow parking" on the map. To which we were truly under the impression that was there to park an extra car. As the check in form shows room for two additional cars other than the RV and nowhere does the map or information on said map states the "overflow parking" is only for the park to give out not for the residents to use for an extra car. She also told me she could charge me for an extra spot but again that is not listed anywhere (printed or website based) we can find information for the park stating only one car is allowed in a pull through. A simple * with the info overflow is not for extra parking but for them to give out spaced to people that don't have a site number. If that had been there, I would not be livid right now and this would be a 5 star review. However, the way the manager dealt with it and then just keeps saying that I'm wrong and no one else in 35 years has misunderstood the map so she is not open to hearing how a simple change would make this a non issue as we would have never expected that back lot to be open to paying residents/paying park visitors.
The people here are genuinely nice just be smart and don't offer anything unless you really want to help someone. Lots of different people here. My only problem is the security is not really enforced unless there is a problem. Other than that I felt safe and had no problems with theft or anything.
Pleasantly surprised! Excellent customer service, clean and as quiet as expected for the location. Visiting family in Benicia we had no choice due to the lack of RV parks in this area. We expected a solid 3 star park. Within the park fence it’s surprisingly clean and nice. We would stay again.
We had a nice parking place. The office hours posted aren’t necessarily accurate. LoL. Nice laundry. No pool that I could see. A little tricky to get into because of the interstate ramps but great location close to main roads.
