From South jct Hwy-29 & Hwy-53: Go 1-1/2 mi N on Hwy-53, then 1 mi W on Old Hwy-53.
We had to stay here due to the Clayton fire taking out our whole neighborhood and our house, prices are very reasonable.
The park has been upgraded from our last stay 6 years ago, we feel it is a very safe area due to the management.
All the utilities have been upgraded, due to the heat right after the fire we had to have 50AMP power to run our AC, it worked very well.
Management has always been willing to work with us, very happy and will be returning.
Very great Rv park very quiet and clean Rv park what I also like is that it is a gated community, they give all residents a remote to to open the gate the manager is very great person that is very kind. I lived there for 4yrs never had a any problems at this Rv park.
I really recommend the Rv park to anyone visiting Clearlake.
Thank you

Absolety loved it. Feels safe with kids and a dog . Very clean and pleasant. The manager reminds me of my dad. They work with first responders that travel for work. Great rates.
very good park, I recommend it, super quiet, very safe for children, very adorable small pets are allowed, the office service is excellent, the morning is always available for the tenants whenever they want or need something, no matter what time they are, they are always aware of what is happening. highly recommended
I lived there for a few years and while I was there the bathrooms where closed the Internet was very slow or not working. The rules where not enforced to everyone only who they picked on. And gate was broken most of the time. Gate code everyone had so lots of random vehicles. Also supposedly no certain breed of dogs and lots of people had Rottweilers or pitbulls. So they choose who could have that breed or not. Not too mention that the office was always closed about 80% of the time while operating hours. Not worth the$700-$750.
