My husband and I stayed for an overnight getaway. The staff working this weekend were so caring, polite, and went out of their way to be helpful. The service was to be commended! The bartender Michael was knowledgeable and made a perfect martini. The pub food was good . I recommend the veggie option for the quesadilla it was very good. Jennifer was very helpful with finding a good room for us. Troy made a wonderful omelette for my husband. The rooms need improved housekeeping.

We had the best experience horseback riding at the stables this past weekend. Johnny led our trail ride. He was so friendly and so knowledgeable!! He even let me borrow his gloves since it was 39° out! We spotted some deer on our ride and Johnny stopped so we could enjoy the deer for a little bit. If you've never gone horseback riding at Brasstown Valley Resort, you must go!! It was so much fun and everyone was so nice!!! Highly recommended!!!

This was my first stay at this location. My daughter and I had a blast here. We do not like super fancy and overly crisp places. The balance was perfect here. Friendly staff, room service, very accommodating. The earth tones are quite present and relaxing. We stayed during the week and not the weekend so this review may not apply to the weekend experience.

Highly recommend for school breaks with the kiddos.

We really enjoyed our stay which was also our honeymoon!! We've decided that we will come each year for our anniversary to visit. The stables and staff there were great and informative. The front desk staff was amazing as well and very helpful with ideas of things to do. We can't wait to come back next year and many more years to come!! There's not one single thing we would have changed about our visit and stay with you guys

We booked this place because it was close to home but yet far enough away to feel like we were "getting away". The staff were all very nice and helpful and the room was clean though a bit pricey for the age and appearance. We booked a room with a balcony that had a view of the roof. My only real complaint and it is a small but big one is that they use sliding barn doors for the bathrooms which offer NO privacy. The door didn't even stay closed and there are things about other people that no one else should hear. NOT A FAN of this feature but the property was beautiful.
