Nice quiet neighborhood. Convenient to the mall ,walmart ,i-20 and a lot of other places

So far so good. Quiet neighborhood. No crime that I am aware of. Beautiful floor plans. Competitive prices.

I love it. After three years, I still love it. We are close to the interstate, retail and services, but not on a main road. I can walk to anything if I needed or wanted to, and it's feels almost city and suburbs at the same time.
