Take Hwy 168 east from Clovis towards Prather. Continue through Prather towards Shaver Lake. Just before you reach Shaver Lake turn right on the Dinkey Creek Road. Travel 11.7 miles east to the intersection of the Dinkey Creek Road and the McKinley Grove Road. Turn right and travel 17 miles north on the McKinley Grove Road to Wishon Reservoir. Before you get to the Reservoir you will see a right that forks off to the right (Upper Kings River), follow the road for 0.4 of mile to the fishing site at the base of the Dam then continue 0.1 miles more.
