Proceed east on Highway 168 which is 1/2 mile north of Big Pine. After 11.5 miles (a couple miles after you have gone through the "narrows") there will be a left turn into the campground - follow the signs at that point. If you gotten to the turn off to the bristlecone pine forest (The White Mtn Road) you have gone about 1/2 mile too far.
Restrooms are not been cleaned every day. And it should be specially when the camp ground is full.
Beautiful spot and very clean! Campsite comes with a bear bin and a fire pit. Restrooms close by, and trash bins not too far away.
Very nice campground, creek was nearby and had plentiful fish. Perfect bachelor party location! Gotta love the great outdoors.
I wish our campsite (10) had more room for tents along with our cars. It seemed more for trailers. At least it was close to the bathrooms and water faucet.
Not too many bugs. Very friendly deer and the dragonflies and swallows put on quite the show at dusk
