We've been coming for years and it's one of our very favorite places. Quiet, beautiful, and clean. We love spending a hot day on the gorgeous beach. I wish I could keep this place to myself, because it's so special. Ralph and Gayle have created a wonderful little haven. Everyone who goes regularly (and the seasonal guests) feels protective of it. This is not the Campground to go to if you intend to be a littering, messy partier. Great family place.

This place was beautiful! The owner was super nice and the facilities were in great condition. We had a tent site with a table and firepit. The bathrooms were in great shape, nice and clean. They had rules in place for COVID 19 which were appropriate.

The trail to the beach was a nice walk and the beach was a beautiful sandy beach. There are train tracks and the train came through in the morning which was a nice treat.

I would recommend this place.

If you want peace and quiet this is the place to visit. My family and I stayed 5 days and had the time of our life. The owner Raulf was kind enough to invite us to his farm for all our family to enjoy bottle feeding his 2 calfs, pet the miniature sheep, see his big work horse, and chickens too. Fishing was good right off the beach. Amazing views of Roosevelt lake along the way. Wild life was amazing, seen deer, wild turkeys, grouse, 2 cougars, and even a grizzly bear witch was the highlight of my trip. You are literally minutes to the Canadian border. Camping was very peaceful and quiet. Great place for kids too. There are kids swings, toddler slide, zip line for kids, hose shoes, volleyball, and much more.

Such a beautiful area!!! We're making this our annual tradition. Right by the river with a playground, kids zipline, clean bathrooms and showers. It's just an amazing campground!

It was so beautiful, Ralph and his team do a phenomenal job on the grounds keeping, keeping up the bathrooms, garbage. It was such an awesome time! There were a total of 11 people in our party- 4 adults and 7 kids! There was SOOOO much for the kids to do between the zip line, basketball, volleyball, badminton, swimming, fishing, hiking, trails, the scenery. Absolutely incredible. Ralph was so kind when we showed up with 7 boys 13-7years old. He brought down and extra basketball, badminton, and bocce ball. Not one kid the whole time said "I'm bored". We will definitely be back!!
