Great place to fly fish and camp! Spaces are shaded and a good distance away from eachother. Bathrooms are close by even a pregnant lady could get there easily. The campsite owners are super sweet too and helped us with all the questions we had. Great place to raft from what we saw as well.
It had toilets that flushed. That was nice. So many wasp. It was hard to deal with.
One of the prettiest campgrounds in the state in my opinion. Nice spacious sites, off the highway, river access, not usually overcrowded or dirty. Time for the restrooms to be re vamped but other than that all good!
Our experience here was not good.We are avid hikers and like to explore the campgrounds we stay in......not this place we were treated like we were trying scope out peoples stuff to take. The host passed by us 3 times in his little golf cart and we were polite each time explaining how we like to walk.He finally got on my nerves when he suggested we hitch hike to a trail up the road.I informed him we own the nice jeep in spot 16....he then left us alone.Considering the CG host site looked like a homeless camp we were a bit taken a back.We also overpaid by $5 dollars because we had no change. The last time we overpaid at a USFS campground the host left our change on our windshield in a envelope.I did not expect that to happen this time .....I also didn't expect to be treated like I don't belong. Not going here again.
Right on the river, well maintained, flush toilets, potable water, firepits, put-in/take-out and boat ramp. No electricity. Large sites, wooded/shaded. Grey water discharge near every site.
