Great little park! Lots of shade. Friendly management. Friendly and helpful neighbors. Pay no attention to that review that said no room for big rigs or slide outs - we are in a 38' Motorhome with 3 slideouts. Been here a year and love it.

See a few negative reviews on here. This place should only have 5 star reviews. Great management, very nice and clean restrooms, friendly people throughout the park and best of all no riffraff. There is a restriction on older RVs for long term stay because of insurance reasons and I got to see why while I was staying here. Somebody with an old rv almost started an electrical fire while they were not at their camp site. The fire department had to come out. Great place to stay any time of the year and especially during the winter months.

There are 50 sites in the park, most all of them are full time/long term residents. Most are kept up fairly well and everyone was friendly. The driveway in is a little on the narrow side, the roads in the park are wider. Check in was fast and friendly. We were in Site 57, a gravel pull in with full hook-ups. The sewer was broken but they came right away and fixed it. It was hard to level - we pulled in three times to try and find a better spot - but no luck. The site is short and our 37' Class A just barely fit. Our tow dolly was unhooked and stored alongside our rig and our car was parked on the other side. This is a buddy site and luckily our neighbors were never there because it would have been tight with two cars. The WiFi was spotty and our Verizon signal was fair. We did not use the laundry or bathrooms, nor do we use the TV/Cable hook-ups. There is very little place to walk dogs. We stayed Oct 19-23, 2017 and paid $35 a night with no discounts.

Great place! So many accommodations available for almost all needs, which is helpful. The wifi wasn't too great in the spot we stayed at, but just a few steps over to the lounge and the wifi was way better, plus the comfortable lounge made it better. It's close to town, which is helpful too. The only downside is that there's a busy street outside the park which isn't great if you wanted to bike/walk. The management was very helpful and informative, and kept the park in great shape and order. Will stay again if I'm ever in the area again.

Friendly neighborly atmosphere. Mostly permanent residents who have local jobs. Clean restrooms and showers key coded for residents. No community building.

Excellent central location to restaurants, pharmacies, gas stations, and grocery stores. Lovely mountain views. Reasonably priced with full hook ups.
