This unique 3 acre property is in the valley just north of Durango, also close to downtown with river access, bike path, public transportation all close by.
The property is accessed by an automated gate (code is provided after reservation confirms). Upon entering the gate, you take an immediate right down a short dirt road past the neighbor's fenced yard. When you come into an opening you'll be greeted by llamas and a friendly dog named Onda, and I'll meet you to show you parking spaces available.
Very nice yurt! Beautiful location and stunning views! The kitchen and bathroom had all the equipment you'd need. Not too far from lots of trails adding to the experience. Plus a fun little creek access down the road for the dogs and yourself to cool off.
