We camp here with 5 kids aged 5-17years. We all love it. We bike, swim, tube and try to fish (we aren't very good 😂). For an extra fee there is also a pool. Love it here.

I grew up camping here, every summer. I am now an adult with children of my own and came for a visit this week as my elderly grandparents were staying there for the week. They are unable to walk their dogs well due to health issues so they utilized a small safe fenced area for their King Charles Cavalier Spaniel. We had not been on the campsite 30 minutes when an older man stopped by on a utility vehicle basically demanding they remove their fencing and stated it wasn’t allowed (they were not informed of this at check in). Talk about ruining a vacation. This dog is under 10 pounds and never barks. My grandparents had to send the dog home with my family to finish out their vacation. This is NOT the campground I grew up enjoying and for this reason I will not bring my children back to stay. Not a great way to do business especially with a native of this county and of this area. Beware if you have dogs!! Shameful.

We loved this campground. It was very secluded and quiet. We stayed at site 42 and it was right along the river and it was a rather large site. The hookups are all close by and easy to use. The staff are nice. Our kids enjoyed the playground and biked around. The pool is not part of the campground but costs $5/person and was open from noon to five. Will definitely be back.

We really enjoyed the peaceful stay. It was a nice quiet campground. It was great to see kids out being "kids" enjoying themselves riding bikes, playing on the playground and in the river. Our niece enjoyed herself as well. It would have been nice if the pool would have been opened but apparently there were no lifeguards or some issue that prevented it. We still had a great time. We will be going back as soon as we can!
