Nice manager and clean place. Only had to stay one night. All the full hookups worked and easy to get to. We were on a nice concrete level pad. Easy in and out. Do not care for all the tolls in Ok though. It rained hard at night but no flooding in the park.

We never usually bother with reviews let alone long ones, but we felt we had to for this one..

First off, their Google address says the park is located in Oklahoma City but it's actually in Chickasha Oklahoma.

That being said, the park has electric at each site, a dump and water station, free showers/bathroom and coin operated laundry. It was pleasantly quiet and the lady I spoke with to make the 35$ reservation was nice and accomodating.

My husband and I went to use the bathroom facilities after arrival but found our experience anything but comfortable. The ladies bathroom has three toilet stalls each separated by a wall but NOT ONE of the stalls have a door for privacy. The toilets are completely open with zero privacy and right next to the entrance door for anyone to walk in on you and see all that you're doing!!!! There are two tiny showers which is fine, except that the only place to disrobe and dry off is in the shower itself because there is no second curtain or wall for privacy. Only one shower had a hook for me to hang my clothing and towel on and a light that lit up the shower but I didn't use it because the shower floor was COVERED in bugs. It looked like someone dumped a container of chocolate sprinkles all over the shower floor. So I used the dark shower with no hook so my clothing and towel got wet during my shower. Also like the toilets, the showers are right next to the entrance door so you have zero privacy as well.

The Parks website says that they pride themselves on cleanliness but I don't care how clean a bathroom is.. if I can't use the toilet or shower in privacy, I don't feel comfortable! And you can't lock the door because it's entry by passcode.

Out of curiosity, my husband let me see their bathroom and they had lack of privacy as well but at least their one toilet stall had a door!

After waking in the morning and prepping to leave, we noticed that pavers began laying tar on the driveway. Which we wouldn't have cared except that they were doing this infront of the parked RV's including ours. Check out is 12pm but it was 10am at this time. My husband went out and told them we were about to leave and could we drive on their work and the worker said he didn't recommend it. So our only option was to weave around parked RV's on the lawn to avoid damaging the tar or getting it on our camper. We were going to refill our water tank at the dump station but all of the construction vehicles were blocking the dump station and they were connected to the only water pipe, so we just left.

We understand that the paving job had to be done, but our issue with it was that the owner or employee that we spoke to when we made the reservation, gave us zero warning of this. With a warning, we could have had the option to not make the reservation or at least leave early before the paving company started so we would be able to use the dump and water facilities that we payed for!

Wouldn’t give a refund when I paid for a month but had to move after 10 days due to work issues. So don’t pay in advance, they’ll just keep your $$.

I stayed 9months but construction made the drive over an hour.

And you need a trimmer, won’t get around the trailers so the weeds and grass grow tall around you.

Stayed here for a year. It’s very quite during the day and at night. Like the paved RV parking spaces. I like that your close to town for shopping. Monthly price is good can’t be beat. If I’m ever in the area again I’ll definitely come back.
