Very well run park. Dog run is in a beautiful area near the bay. Sandy has been very helpful anytime that we had questions. Would return in a heartbeat when back in the area.

Great place to stay. Sandy the owner runs a pretty tight ship so if you want a peaceful quiet stay this place is for you. Monthly rent is the cheapest in town for the best quality and location. Stayed here for three months and never had any problems or felt unsafe.

Rv park was clean and had pretty views of the mountains and the inlet of the ocean. Bathrooms need a key to get in and were clean. Great stop for a couple of nights on the way to the ocean.

This really isn’t an RV Park any more. It’s more of a mobile home Park for long term RV parking. It was so crowded I couldn’t even pull through a “pull through” because the RV’s were so close together and the rows were too close. I had to back in which wasn’t a problem but it’s something you should be prepared for.

It has potential to be a nice place but it’s much too crowded. It was quiet but my spot was only 3/4 of a spot. My choice was to be able to open the door so we could get in or use the slide but not both. The compromise was open the door and open the slide just enough to move inside the trailer.

The long term people on either side had slides that opened towards us.

It seemed to me that the rules were totally ignored by the long term renters.

Most of the other pictures were posted from where the RV’s were parked and they are accurate but you need to see where the RV will be.

The rate was $30 at this time but I’d actually rather have stayed in a parking lot or rest area.
