This was a nice private rv park. The host was very pleasant and assisted us with a last minute reservation on our way further South. Appreciated it a lot since we were caught in a storm. The view in the morning was great with a nearby trail to walk the pups. It's not huge or very private, but all occupants were respectful and very worth the price. Just ensure you bring cash. We will make an effort to stay here more in the future. P. S. We liked the small town feel of Raymond.

Very accommodating for late check in. The 2 transient spots that were available didn't have sewer. But they let us know ahead of time, and there is place to dump on the property that is easy to access. Rates are low, and it was nice and quiet. Host was super nice in the morning when we paid for the spot. Highly recommended if you want a quiet spot to recharge, and see a great sunset.

We just want to say that we enjoyed our stay last night. It was quiet, peaceful and the manager was very nice and accommodating. We will be back again.

We stayed here years ago and enjoyed it. Different this time, all the good sites are filled by full timers. We had our choice of two sites in back on 30 amp portable power and long hoses for water. We lucked out, when it rained all night, the site we didn't chose was under 3" of water. Seriously overpriced at $40 cash only. Skip this place
