I usually eat there every 5-6 weeks when I drive up from Oklahoma to visit my farm. I love steak night on Friday. This past trip, I ate lunch there and ate so much catfish that I had to skip steak night and just settle for desert. Food is great and I love the down home culture that doesn't exist anywhere else I know. There is a lot of history to see in this restaurant from the photos displayed.
My first night there . The food was so good . The people so nice . Definitely going back
We stayed in the glamping tents by the Eleven Point River. AMAZING!!!! The community bathroom had a nice shower, and the whole experience was serene and high-quality. I highly recommend this place!!
Absolutely incredible. The food is indescribable and the service is top notch. If you're looking for a place with amazing food, friendly people, and an establishment with rich history and inviting atmosphere, definitely stop in!
Not a great experience. I called the restaurant to see if we needed reservations. She said yes. I made reservations for 5 pm.
No one asked if we had reservations so that was not true..
The fish was rubbery, Cole slaw finely ground and tasteless, and pinto beans barely warm. We were ignored by waitress after food delivered. She stopped at all other tables and would not look at us. Could not get her attention for a box.
Walked to register to get our bill. The waitress said you didn't get your mozzarella sticks. I said we did another waitress brought them. She said she knew she didn't.
Restaurant was very clean and unique. Unfortunately I will not return after a 45 mile drive.
After stating the beans were cold, etc.there was no apology nor were we asked to return.
