The owner is very friendly and helpful. All new power water and sewer. The bathroom/shower is being remodeled. Did not use the Wi-Fi. Cell service with Verizon was pretty good. We'll stay here again when we're coming thru.

We had a very pleasant stay here. This lady is doing a bang up job of breathing new life into this campground. She has some hard work ahead of her but after meeting her I know she is up for.it.thichalleng

Very nice RV park. Looks like all the hook ups are new. Nice RV pads. The camp host was pleasant. Convenience store with fuel, both diesel and gasoline right near park park entrance. Pretty setting with large sycamore shade trees.

Website hasn't been updated in a while. I reached out to owner via email & they responded within 24 hrs. Very friendly. Cash rates are $35 for standard site, $40 for premium (shaded, add $4/night for CC). Sites are full hook ups that are level. There is wifi but no other amenities available. Road noise is noticeable without A/C or furnace running otherwise the current occupants were quiet & kept to themselves while I was there. In my opinion, price was a little steep for what you get, however, they are inline with surrounding campgrounds. I'll return to stay as necessary in the future.

This RV park was abandoned for 20 years. New owners are refurbishing it and doing an awesome job! They were able to keep some of the big shade trees. And have a small building to check people in and out, just as you come in.

There are lots of room for RV’s plenty of pull-threw spots and friendly staff. Great level ground too.
