RV Site Reservations are for a specific site type (Premium, Elite or RV). We accept all site requests, however we do not guarantee site numbers. We do our best to accommodate your requests based on availability and length of st ay. The office assigns the sites and longer stays have priority. The Resort will not relocate another reservation site assignment simply because that guest has not yet arrived. Management reserves the right to change your site number at any time, for any reason .

This is the second time we have stayed at The Waves. We stayed two months. We found Lisa (manager) Annette (office) and Kim (activity director) to be awesome. Zeman, new owners at the park, have made so many improvements. The Waves at Naples is a great place to spend a few months in the winter. Fun activities and you meet some very nice people. We look forward to going again.
This is a wonderful park. I stayed there last season and had the best experience. There are many activities filled with wonderful friends. The pool and spa were warm and clean along with all the other facilities. The girl in the office is very knowledgeable and friendly. The park is has wide streets and huge cement pads that were able accommodate our 45 foot motorhome. Pet friendly and is close to beaches and shopping. I will be returning for years to come. Love this park!!
Taking a tour to check out the Waves RV Resort over a year ago...with a promise of a $4 million dollar renovation, we decided to sign a year lease. Since then a truly disappointing experience. All the upgrades which NEED to be addressed have not (water, cable, electrical) landscaping seems to be more important. Just added updated photos taken today 2/22/23. Still not near complete and raising rent over 20%. "Signature" resort I think NOT!!!!!@
Kudos to the maintenance staff here. They seem to be able to do everything, and are constantly working, no matter the heat, to keep this place at its best. We especially commend the woman who takes care of the pool area--she is a delight. Thanks, all, for doing such a good job.

We've been annual residents here for 3 years and it is our home. It has come a long way with many, many improvements throughout the resort. The community is friendly and very active and the amenities are second to none in this area.
