The Trees RV Park & General Store

Great place to park yourself when visiting Petersburg, Alaska. Larry, the owner, is the best kind of host, gracious, welcoming, and willing to share his extensive knowledge of the area. Highly recommend.

Larry offers the best beer selection--by far--on all of Mitkof Island. He has an affinity for IPA's and it's apparent by the beers sold in the coolers there. The liquor and wine sections are also well stocked, and Larry has a penchant for delectable red wines. I can't go out the road without a stop in at the Trees! Thanks Larry!

Larry is a great host. He knows all about the area and is willing to share it. He gave us pointers on where to go and what to see while we were there. There were a couple of deer that hung out in the park as well. The store is well stocked and reasonably priced. Excellent stay.

We were there last year and I still think about the place.

Larry was very helpful describing places to go on the island and “down the road”. The booze selection blew my mind!! My wife picking berries in camp!!
