From jct Haines Hwy 7 & Main St: Go 300 feet E on Main St.
Excellent, grassy RV park right at the north side of town. The owners are amazing - long story short, our cat locked us out of our truck with his brothers and EVERYTHING important inside. George and Laura did everything they could to help, including calling the state troopers and finding a local who could open our truck (there’s no locksmith in Haines). The park is clean and immaculately maintained, easy to access, and a short walk to all the shops and the port. Highly recommended!!!
We have been RVing 6 weeks across country and this is by far the nicest, cleanest, campground we have been to. Grass sites, very nice, clean bathrooms, showers and laundromat. Laura told us how to get to see the bears and we saw them. Would DEFINITELY stay here again.
Very clean full service campground. Was a great home base while exploring the area. They have clean showers and washrooms. Super friendly people. I stayed here Sept 9-11, 2023. It’s a great site for RVs. Right in town so everything is close to get to if you want to walk.
