Enter a beautiful park like setting covered in green grass and ancient oak trees. Our park has 18 full hook up RV spaces most are shaded. Located just outside the city limits for that country feel.
Nice, basic campground in Perry, FL. Owners so nice and helpful. Even gave us fresh, delicious eggs from their chickens !
The owners, Mark and Lou Ann are absolutely amazing. They go above and beyond to make certain you have everything you need. I'd challenge anyone to find a harder working couple. The lots are huge, the shade from the trees is a welcomed relief from the Florida sun. If you are looking for a nice place to call home for a couple days, or a year. Place this park at the top of the list. You won't regret it!
Called for a site for the next nite they had one and told me just pay when I got there, they didn’t require payment in advance like others. I arrived nice clean place met the owners paid for my spot. Went to plug in and I didn’t bring me 50amp to 30 amp reducer, I went to the owner and he had one I could use. He didn’t ask for a deposit or sell me one. Great people that make you feel like family.
RVers BEWARE!!! For us this was our first experience and a learning one. This park is literally like living on ant hill. When picking a park. BE AWARE OF THE SURROUNDINGS traffic outside inside the park, road noise. Go there in the day and at night to see how well lit or not at all. Also don’t pick a park after you have been driving for a long period of time and do not pick one by video or Skype. Ask every question you can think of for example. How much is the electricity? If you don’t know the rate you should!!! We stayed as long as we were contractually obligated. They text you a bill just amount owed no explanation!! I approached them about the electric bill asked if it was even legal to times it by two Louann responded she was the business owner!!! We paid them $600.00 cash including power deposit and first months rent on 10/31/22. When we left they wrote us a check of course we went to the bank to cash it their bank charges a fee to cash their check. The owners of this park were not open about how much they charge for electricity, the road noise, traffic etc. we told them this was our first experience they did give us time to consider we should have walked away!! Also as soon as we complained and gave notice the pic shows how owners cared for property around our RV I also when leaving brought this to their attention Louann stated she was scared of me but not scared to come read the meter every month. This experience does not reflect on Perry FL. We both lived worked and did all our shopping in Perry. Perry we enjoyed and will miss these owners not at all!!! I will be contacting the state of Florida of complaint and business practices I will be sharing all pic’s information via email and by phone. We dusted our shoes off and drove off thankful for that!!! Looking forward we avoid would avoid parks where prices and amenities are not clearly listed. there are many RV parks in Perry. Shop around and ask all the questions before deciding. And I will not be signing another contract again
