I'm the Licensed Real Estate Broker/Owner of Giltrap Group Realty. I just stayed here twice in the last 3 weeks. I was in town for 3 closings, as well as some showings, and decided to stay at the Griffin Ranch so I could relax between closings. Since I would be in town an entire week it was great because it was a great place to bring my entire family along while I work. The owner and staff are amazing. The property is absolutely beautiful, and the cabins are spacious and conformable. You can take a short hike around the property which has a beautiful lake for anyone who enjoys watching sunsets and/or fishing. Catch and release only as Mr. Carl is a lover of all animals. On the weekends they do a campfire, and the horses are always out for your enjoyment. If you're traveling for work, and need wifi make sure to specify when booking as at the moment only some cabins have wifi. We enjoyed our stay so much that we extended an extra two days both times we stayed. We plan to go back pretty regularly. Dad's cabin is the best. I spent many mornings on the deck, drinking coffee with my husband, making future plans. The memories we made at Griffin Ranch will be memories we'll cherish for a lifetime. A true gem hidden in For McCoy, FL.

I can not say enough good about our visit to the Ranch! We were traveling with another couple on motorcycles to Daytona and just needed a place for one night. We called only 15 mins out and were told to “come on down”! Carl was waiting outside to wave us in and welcome us “home”! This is exactly how they made us feel from the second we got there. We signed in with Carl and Terry and then shown to our cabin by Tracy. Tracy was awesome! She showed us around the property, made sure we were happy with our cabin and she even brought us one of her homemade peanut butter pies and it was delicious! Carl sent us a bottle of wine and the next morning was outside with Terry to see us off early in morning with two t-shirts for us girls! The cabin was so comfortably clean and cozy and back porch sitting in the evening critter watching was very peaceful! Don’t miss this if your passing through! You are treated as family! Thank you Carl, Terry and Tracy! You made us feel so welcome and we will be back!

Stopped here on my “babymoon” road trip and wound up staying several more days than anticipated. Carl and Terry are lovely, personable and accommodating. Close to many beautiful springs. The property has something for everyone. The cabins were designed and built with so much love and so is the Japanese style shower facility (obsessed). We have sent friends and family here. Now going to return with our 1.5yo and dog.

Thank you Carl and Terri for providing us a cabin while we waited for our new home to be completed. We really appreciate the kindness and friendliness you have given us. ❤️ It was a much needed retreat that we all needed and thank you for allowing us to have all of our fur babies too. We loved seeing the horses, and the peacocks. Thank you for making this all possible!!

In a word, I would describe Griffin Ranch as eclectic. Terri and Carl, the owners, are very welcoming and pleasant. I found Griffin Ranch on the Internet in an article in "Only In Florida" where it was described as a bed and breakfast. It is no longer a B&B. We received a very nice basket of goodies and coffee cups when we arrived. Carl upgraded us to Dad's Cabin which was lovely. Loved the Tiffany lamps! We had a peacock fly up onto the porch one morning! Bring bubble bath with you. They have claw-foot tubs. The water is loaded with minerals and smells a little funky, but just remember, people have paid lots of money to soak in healing water like this! Described as a working ranch, I was disappointed that there wasn't any horse training occurring, but I enjoyed feeding the horses carrots and apples. They are pets. They have smart TVs so bring your Netflix and Amazon passwords. The Internet access is very good.
