We stayed for a week here. It's very well maintained and quite campground. It is more for long term stays, they do have a couple of flex spots for shorter stays. 30 spots total. Our personal experience with the staff was nothing less than excellent. The spots all seem level and roomy. We did not use the laundry facilities or wifi though they are included in the price. There is some road noise but honestly it was not really a big deal for us. I will stay here again when in the area.

Lovely quiet setting with great views! Management is very good, as is Maintenance. Everything is kept in superb condition, and any issues which may arise are resolved promptly. There are good laundry facilities onsite - with heavy-duty machines for your rugs, bedding and pillows! They have both short-term and long-term lots with many drive-through sites for even 40' motor coaches. Pets are welcome. But book early to ensure you get a space, as there are only 30 lots and they fill quickly! Then sit back, visit with your neighbors, have a cookout, go fishing, or just laze in the sun and fun of beautiful North Florida - ideally situated about halfway between Palm Coast and St. Augustine on U.S. 1 South, right off the I-95 ramp! If you enjoy natural settings and eating fresh pan-fried bream right out of the creek for dinner, you'll love it! (-:

I have stayed in over 36 campgrounds in the past 8 years. This is the very worst ever. Staff is unavailable or rude. Owners are absent and rude. Water stinks and there is no pressure. Washers and dryers don’t work properly. Sites are terrible and dock and roads are caving in.

Amazing campsite, bring your pets, kids, etc. Great place to call home. Simple setup but the location is great and the facilities are more than adequate. Enjoyed our winter stay!

Stayed here for 3 months as part of a work related trip. Had a 10/10 experience. Owners and residents are great! I have stayed at many long term campgrounds and this was definitely one of the best. Never had the feeling I was living in an HOA like many campsites. I will be back next year if they can squeeze me in.
