Located at Exit 56 on Interstate 75 in Niota, Tennessee, approximately half way between Chattanooga and Knoxville in McMinn County.
Happen to get a last minute resv. Hot showers. Unable to use laundry. Washing machines not working. But they working on getting them fixed. Brenda was very helpful on things to do in area. Close to Athens & Knoxville. Thanks Mary & Gregg
This campground has been our home for the past 4 months and we couldn’t have picked a better place! The owner Jay was very kind to us and made sure that we felt welcome! The camp manager Brenda is amazing! She is always a pleasure to have a conversation with! She keeps everything running smoothly! The facilities are always clean and well maintained! Overall we have been blessed having great people around to help with anything we need. We have gained lifelong friends here! We will definitely be coming back next time we are in town!
I am a full time resident there and iy is quiet, peaceful, and one 9f the cleanest campgrounds I have ever been at
This place is very affordable . Easy access. Pull through. Friendly. Not my choice for a long stay but excellent for overnight
