We ran across the place on YouTube and decided to give it a try, man our we glad we did. Upon arrival the reception area is fantastic staff is great escort to our site and that’s where we were super impressed, we have a 35 ft class A and tow a jeep plenty room for both and the views are awesome from our site. The park has its own events coordinator that does a great job of kid and adult activities, food trucks every night , band every so often. We will definitely be back soon for the RV park and the great little city of Ellijay.

We we at Talona Ridge for the week of Thanksgiving. As always, check in was fast and the staff was as friendly as they be. Our site was a pull in on the top level. It was beautiful. The grounds were immaculate and the Christmas lighting was made it such a festive atmosphere. We did have a minor problem with the septic ground connection. The crew was there within minutes of me reporting the problem. Even though it was a not so nice job, they acted act they enjoyed the chance to make it right. They had such great attitudes. We enjoyed the wineries and orchards in the local area as well as the fantastic down town area. My wife and I can’t wait to return to Talona Ridge.

The resort is beautiful! BUT! Thursday night 2/8/24 was supposed to be happy hour at the Hall, we go on our golf cart that we specifically rented to go back and forth to the hall, and there is no happy hour the bar is not open the 3 people who were sitting in there had no clue if the bar was even going to be open and then ignored us instead of finding out if it would open! Then Friday and Saturday the hall was closed for a special event! Our golf cart was trash would not charge, and when we were planning our trip we were told the whole top part near the hall was all booked up no availability but there was literally 3 campers up there! We couldn’t use pool or hot tubs due to the special event! The resort is close to food and down town Ellijay but not a lot to do there, we will not go back!

We had a great thanksgiving week at Talona Ridge. The staff is amazing-and not just in the office, the grounds staff, maintenance, etc. Everyone my family talked to was polite, helpful, and seemed genuinely happy that we were their guest. The RV sites are amazing and a welcome change from what has become the norm. The spots are concrete with concrete patios, the hook ups are in logical locations and well maintained. Every time we looked around there was someone cleaning up. This is an unbelievable RV Resort! Thank you to the entire staff for such a great experience.

This is the nicest RV Resort we have visited. The sites are spacious and well equipped. The views are spectacular and the layout provides a great experience. The staff is the most friendly we have encountered in our many trips to rv parks. We liked our February trip so much we reserved a site for our summer vacation.
