Seems extremely run down. Many of the pictures you see online are very misleading. Shower was very small. Outdoor bathrooms were extremely dirty. We rented a pontoon boat and it didnt start. Other people at the campground also said their rented boat didnt start this time or on their last stay. With a little TLC this could be a very cute and fun place to stay. Service was friendly as well.

Great little campground with seasonals, some tent shoes, and three fishing cabins. We started in one of the fishing cabins, great location on Potato Lake. Great place to stay if you are wanting to go fishing!

We reserved a campsite for the weekend. The campground is located right on the lake. It is a little crowded but the sites have a great view of the lake. Fish from the dock or bring your boat.

We are pretty self sufficient so we didn't have much contact with the owners.

Have not been back to Potato Lake or TJ resort since late 70s as I lost my brother and great fishing buddy to cancer. However, each time we stayed at this resort we brought home great memories and some large bass. Others seemed to only troll for large muskies and asked where we caught the bass...we would respond "out there in the lake".

We stayed in the Comanche cabin and always competed on who got bit most by the Wisconsin state bird...the Skeeter!! Hope to get back some day as looks like changes have been made and times were simple fun.
