From Hwys 253/63/70 in Spooner: Go 6 blocks N of jct 70, then 8 mi N on CR K, then 1/8 mi E on Bay Park Rd.
Just got back and we can’t wait to go next year! Our new favorite resort!! Fish were biting and all the kids caught at least one! Cabins were clean and well kept. Owners were really great people who treated us like family. Lots of amenities at the resort itself but also centrally located by lots to do in Spooner and Hayward.
I loved going here every year when I was younger! The campground layout is nicely spaced, everyone is very friendly, plenty of dock space for your boat, and the beach is nice too. Dan and Anita are the friendliest hosts you'll ever meet and are more than accommodating to your needs. The pool is certainly "the" place to be at on those hot days. Love this place and couldn't recommend it more to anyone looking for a seasonal campground.
Such a beautiful experience in the Northwoods! Our cabin was updated and modern with a full kitchen. The lakeside location was beautiful. The Frase family hospitality is unparalleled! From the well maintained cottages and grounds, to the basketball court, the large pool and shower house, the rec hall, sand volleyball court, playgrounds, picnic Pavillion, and pontoon rental, we loved every part of our Wisconsin experience. Just a short drive to beautiful waterfalls and parks, and local restaurants, we will definitely return to Bay Park Resort in Trego WI.
Cabin had everything basically, great view of the lake, check in and out we simple and easy. There is a playground (not geared for toddlers) a pool, the cabins have bathrooms but there is also a shower house.
I had a great time
Beautiful place! We were in Cabin 4, which was perfect for us and right on the lake. We rented the pontoon boat for a few hours one day - the instructions and map were clear and we had a great time! Our hosts are friendly and helpful, the park has a lot to offer- pool, game room, nice laundry facilities, fishing, little store, and they provided the firewood.
This is a new favorite for us and we are looking forward to coming back, hopefully next year.
