SutterCreek is a beautiful campground. The grounds were very well maintained. We took several walks along the creek through the woods along the tenting sights. Showers and bathrooms were good. We had a site along the creek, so respectful, quiet and peaceful. The campground is run by friendly and welcoming owners. Overall great camping trip!
Lovely family of owners with an absolutely gorgeous cabin. I cannot stress enough how clean it was. Probably one of the absolutely cleanest places I have ever stayed and that includes hotel rooms. Fully stocked plates, glasses, utensils, pots and pans. There was a nice coffee maker, outside charcoal grill, and fire ring. The air conditioning was outstanding and kept out the heatwave and intense humidity we had during our stay. Teenager was thrilled with the excellent wifi and the Roku. Beds were small but comfortable for our three night stay. Bring your sheets, blankets, pillows, bath towels, toiletries, and all food/condiments We ordered 1 load of firewood - we got several good size logs and some nice smaller dry pieces for kindling delivered right to the cabin. It lasted us our entire stay since we kept our fires short because of the intense heat even at night. The creek was low, but still very pretty. It is such a peaceful place. We would absolutely stay here again!
Kelli was very accommodating and the cabins themselves were beautiful! It's fully furnished so we only had to bring bedding and food which made the trip so much easier. The cabins are also next to a beautiful creek. We will definitely be back next year!
Great place. Campground is family owned. Owners drive around daily to make sure your needs are met.
We'll be back.
Beautiful, well maintained, impressively made cabin K. My family and I rented the cabin for the weekend to ultimately join in the Renaissance Fair. The gounds are very nice, peaceful and tranquil. The stream runs right through your site which just solidifies the beautiful experience. I loved that the cabin had a private bathroom. All of the amenities of home which for some may not be considered "camping" but for myself and my family (which includes a 2 year old) it was exactly what we needed. We love the area, the hairy cows across the street and the gorgeous water feature. I can see us returning for future renaissance weekends!
