It was a pleasure being at the State Fair Grounds with friends. John you were so polite and nice to me and my friends. Not pushy to buy the more expensive camper. You allowed me to make my own decision. I'm looking forward to camp season this year. Thank you so much for helping me with this big decision.
Run Away! Hamburg NY terrible people. All they do is lie and then when you get the contract its completely different than they said. Dont buy there dont get your camper repaired there, dont go there. The day I walked in a woman told me to run! I thought she was kidding these people are crooks. They do the financing and if you don't finance they won't do bussiness with you Better business bureau will be notified.Service sucks management sucks the people here suck, and they are all liars.
Rick was extremely knowledgeable and went above and beyond addressing my concerns. I would definitely recommend Camping World to friends interested in buying an RV.
I brought my rig in for a huge list of warranty repairs. Our Service Manager Sean Nolan was beyond outstanding, despite the fact we didn’t buy it there. Parts took forever to get in (Thor Motorcoach issue) but Sean stayed in frequent contact with updates. When we picked it up, he went over everything with me. When a new issue arose, he got me an appointment that week and had it fixed while I waited. I was happy with Camping World, but the real reason I will give them all my future business was because of Sean and the service dept.

Rick Belinque was fantastic. He made our purchase so smooth. A shout out to the finance Dept also. No hassle or high pressure here. Beth in the Good Sam store was also very friendly and helpful. I would recommend Camping World to anyone looking for a camper of any size.
