Very nice, clean, people friendly, family oriented park. Wonderful owners on site, very helpful with most any need. The store and laundry room are wonderful additions. Best park by far we have ever been in. Absolutely Love this place.

This is the worst place ever first it is so close that you can hear your neighbors tv inside you unit. And if you don’t want your property damage don’t come here I had a motorcycle parked in the grass as everyone parks on grass it got damaged and the guy came to look at he said he may have done it and was willing to pay but it turns out more expensive and Gloria says it didn’t happen there and she refuses to give my insurance company the name of hers. So stay away everybody

Beautiful views, water does get drained around mid October, therefore, the slew Close to the entrance of the RV park will be would be completely dried up with no water remaining around the Docks. But, everything is wonderful, friendly campers, good fishing on property. You must reside or rent a camper spot to access the fishing.

Beautiful scenery and views. A quiet vacation spot or a nice living situation for single working people. Plenty of access to the river, with nice piers. There is a boat launch that cost 5$ to non residents, but it's free to residents. There is a convenience store with fishing supplies too. Nice relaxing spot for the kids and family. RV lots are available for rent and priced according to the distance away from the water. No lease for the back lots, however the lots on the water require a one year lease
