Wonderful place, friendly staff, the new manager/ owner works hard to ensure everyone enjoys their stay, there is a nice beach just 5 min drive away. Highly recommend :), thank you Monica!

Nice surroundings, good price, friendly staff, ocean only one block away, nice clean washrooms & hot shower stall and very friendly RV guests. It was a very pleasant camping experience we had. Oh most of all, NO Mosquitoes!

Great little RV park...

Everyone and their dogs are friendly.

Close to the beach, we walk along the beach to watch the sunset, it was gorgeous 😍

Found lots of cool shells as well

Had a weekend getaway at Sunny Point for a number of years before moving out of the area. It was "my happy place." It's so sad to see how decrepit and run down it has become. The owner and her manager are extremely incapable of running such a business; nor do they respect the patrons who generate their income. From the constant dust storms while they mow the dead grass, to churning up rocks that pelt the surface of rv's. In fact, the manager is one of the biggest culprits for speeding her vehicles around the park's unpaved roads, not caring about the dust that floats into our nostrils and rv windows. Park rules apply to some, but not others. Speaking of rules, when a fire ban was issued, meaning no burning of yard waste, etc. in Point Roberts, these two continued to burn their never-ending supply of large branches, rotted picnic tables, etc. I witnessed one of these fires spill out and ignite the dead grass surrounding the recreational pit. The lack of maintenance to trim trees with dead branches is very concerning, as those ocean breezes can quickly become high winds. See the pictures. On a final note, many of the rv spots are extremely unlevel. A huge effort is needed to level your rv so the appliances will work effectively. As a full-time rv'er, who's been in many parks, this one is definitely on the bottom of the barrel. Lighthouse Park would be a much better option for short stays. For longer terms, head over to Birch Bay near Blaine. Guaranteed...you'll be much happier!

Sunny Point, a relaxing quiet get away from it all, everything you need is close by. A great little community unto its own, where people are always willing to help, so neighborly. With a little coffee shop, pub, and the Pacific, only a 10 minute walk away to catch sunsets is truly amazing, still after 4 years of being there 😎
