Dunes and trails are fun - pit racers need to learn the safety rules - 10 mph in the parking area!

This is a great place to start riding dunes. I brought my kids here to learn what riding in the sand is like. Flat paved road to the parking area. Plenty of space to find your own area to camp. Nearest facility is a shell station about 25mins away.

Great place to take your (properly equipped) vehicle. My Subaru Outback had no issue on most of the roads. Came out to get away from people and get some photos. Bring tons of water!

This was my first time at juniper dunes and it was so amazing!!! Just never ending trails and a lot of open area to just go crazy, lots of jumps and very nice place to camp if you want to stay for the weekend or longer, and it’s like half hour away from town if you need anything, all the people was very friendly, this is a must do, we’re definitely gonna try to go more often here.

Just be prepared to have sand in your shoes and bring some eye protection cause sometimes is windy and you don’t want to have sand in your eyes.

Lots of flats to ride. Multiple hill mild to medium sized climbs. Vast expanse of space. Bring a compass, GPS or have a really good OHV app(like OnX). Make sure to have your flag on.
