Good: it was quiet, and we felt safe staying there.
Bad: sketchy appearance. Only have 30 AMP power. Very narrow sites that are all "buddy" parking.
For an overnight stay, $20 is a great deal for full hookups. I felt very comfortable and safe here. I would definitely recommend this place!
Great overnight stop for $20/night. Desert campers can come dump their tanks, refill water and even shower for a very modest fee. Very appreciated!
Facilities dated to around 1960, however sinks and showers are clean. Will need to get a key to unlock the restroom.
No frills place. If you need the Ritz on a nightly basis, and total pampering, go elsewhere. If you like nice people and a calm stop, this is it.
Beware, side streets have flood dips at the intersections leading into here. If you are low to the ground (my trailer is) take those intersections at an angle to prevent drag.
The park is an older park that needs a little TLC. Barbara, is very kind and cheerful. Mostly long term residents, all of whom we spoke to were friendly and helpful. Price is a little high for the conditions however if you plan ahead there is a discount if you intend to stay awhile and can pass a background check.
It is good place to stay, the staff is very friendly. It has washing machines, dump station, showers. It is dog friendly. Walking distance from Mojave Air & Space port.
