The pictures on the website make the park look so beautiful. The park needs work. It could an absolute amazing park but needs some TLC.

Weeds everywhere

No kids activities that describe on website

Not a koa.

No cell or wifi reception

Overpriced for the quality of the park.

Train track is close by.

That place 4 yrs ago before pandemic is highly recommended for large group camping. We came back last week and it was horrible. I can say we’re not gonna go back anymore. Why? It’s a nightmare for 3 nights being there no AC and hot water. We’ve been talking and reaching out but they did not even offer a small fan for my friend . I got sick for 2 nights from not having hot water in the shower. One night we’re having fun its not even 10pm the owner is knocking for us to be quiet because they sleep next our to my friends cabin.

Before there is a housekeeper coming to put new towels etc. and take out the trash. But not anymore!!!

Amy checked us in. She was kind and had great customer service. Our first day/night we had a good day cooked out and it was nice. Until we went to shower. I tripped on a loose board and fell walking up the ramp to the bathroom. This location needs a lot of work. Safety hazards through out the site. Especially the stairs and ramps by the bathrooms/showers. Our second night we were woken up at 2 AM to sounds of wild life. We got out of our tents to find Raccoons on a man’s body who was laying out in the open by us. It was so scary. We also heard sounds of a bear. Around the site there was trash out of the bins. Water sprinklers going nonstop the 2 days we were there. Pool and hot tub were cold and dirty. This location needs major repairs and upgrades. We will stick to KOA’s next time.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting a nearby camping site in my area with my kids, and it was truly a great experience. The location was fantastic, water stream flowing near the camping site. It provided endless entertainment for the children.

We were pleasantly surprised by the movie night organized by the camping site. The kids loved watching a movie.

The camping site truly catered to families, ensuring there were numerous options to keep children entertained. While we didn't get the chance to enjoy the swimming pool due to the cold weather, its presence indicated that warmer days would offer an additional fun activity.

The staff were friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome throughout our stay.

If you're looking for a family-friendly camping site in the area, I highly recommend this place. We'll definitely be returning in the future, hoping to take advantage of the swimming pool.

Although it is currently the off-season, it's quite nice here. The air is clean and brisk, and the leaves have all turned color and started to fall.

There are cabins to rent and full hook up spaces for rv's.

The perfect time for hot cocoa and walks along the river.

There is even a small dog park.

There is a train that runs close by which adds character and charm.
