There were no restrooms , showers or laundry facilities as advertised, the staff fudged up the paperwork , fudged up and overcharged the credit card, came to the camper yelling at my daughter to leave 6 days before her receipt said she paid for. Told me mis information about squatting laws in state of CA. Why this was mentioned no one was squatting. It boils down to an on site staff trying to cover up their screw ups, the need for knowledge and training in all areas especially customer service, and a corporate office that doesn't care and has strange rules that screw the consumer financially. Be aware, they might tell you to leave although your receipt says your paid, and you did paid. Not staying here again nor recommending
Basic park right next to the fairgrounds. The people working there are very friendly and helpful. No amenities, but it's perfect as an overnight stop or several nights to explore the area.

Silver spurs will greet you at the end of El Camino Real when you pull into SoCo Fairgrounds. It's actually a square for the wagons to circle around.
Tucked under the trees and their canopies, home is sweet home here rockin' in my RV.
The open morning sky brings us all light and the freedom to watch the stars or gaze at the bright Valley of the Moon's enormous light.
Some friendly faces here you will be around who keep it real and have their feet on the ground.
You can bake some snickerdoodle cookies or throw some edible on the grill. Or you can be just like me, here to relax and chill.
But, cross the street and there you go, off to the Fair or golfing or horse racing and the Carnival Show with the excitement of the entire family in tow.

Far better than the Marin county fair, which I will never go to again. The snowman county fair has horse racing excellent life stock exhibitions. They have a lot of entertainment in the food and rides are great! Lots of selection. Their holiday flowers it’s worth it just on itself. Every year there’s a new theme and it’s gorgeous and memorable.
Everyone who works here has been very nice and friendly the spots are spacious and the prices are reasonable we will be in town for a few months and will definitely be returning to this park if ever in the area.
