Stayed here for almost a year and my 44 ft rig. We had a very large lot with plenty of room for the dogs to run and play. We had plenty of room for both vehicles the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The place is a little on the older side but very spacious and very safe I left tools out all the time unattended for days at a time no one ever came by and stole anything all the neighbors have been there for a long time and they watch out for each other I would highly recommend for anyone looking for a inexpensive long-term stay or just stopping through the pool is actually very nice it's relatively good-sized it's not Giant hey but it has a very deep end my wife really loved swimming in it for exercise and having fun obviously.

Not all spots have sewer, but as far as I know, they all have power and water. And of course, there is a dump station.
