Love this place. Been coming here for 15 seasons. So many activities to choose from.if you notice this was 3 years ago. Things have changed a lot and not for the better. It is under new Management and every thing is going to pot. The hot tub no longer works and thy don't seem to want to fix it.the pool is not well keep. You can not drink the water as it makes even pets sick and No activities any more. There is no longer storage space for extra vehicle's or other belongings one may have even if you pay for it. Now they are raising the rent $50.00 a month.
All Im going to say is when I moved here three years ago this was a pretty nice place for the amount of rent. Now the new owner acts like we are privileged for him to allow us the right to pay him rent. He took away many of the things we had, won't fix anything and raised the rent across the board. The water has been condemned so we have to haul our own all for the new price of $375 + electricity per month. So come here only as a last resort.
Nice out of the way desert mobile home park clean with great prices 👌
We loved staying here. Everyone here was welcoming and kind. Terry at the front desk was great and helpful. If you are looking for a great place to stop with cement patios, this is your place!
While searching for "Snowbird parks" we came across this park. We called the office and talked to Sharon, this lady graciously took multiple calls from both me and my husband and answered all of our questions.
As I read the reviews more questions arose! I do have a bit of knowledge about "public" water that is owned by the park for the residents. I also know when something just don't sound right and how to get information from city and county regulations.
After reading the "sour grape" reviews, checking facts and talking to Sharon, we made our reservation.
