I highly recommend Silver Sage, I think management here is really cool, they never bother anyone unless there is really a problem that needs to be addressed. It a great community, nice neighbors, and I feel really safe here. I actually like it better that some of the more expensive RV resorts I've stayed at.

Run away from this park. We're here getting our RV fixed. So far, after 10 days the mgt. Finally cleaned the rest rooms, but not before threatening to close the restrooms if the tenants did not clean the rest rooms. At $40.00 a night and just a parking lot this place is a joke. Rent should be $20.00 a night. Men's shower is scalding hot. If you turn the control to very low, it's just very hot.

Pulled into a site and was there just a short time and left to go see friends after setting the A/C on 80 since it was in the 99’s when we left. Was gone for a few hours and when we arrived back it was 99 degrees in the RV since the power had gone out. We reset the breaker outside and it ran about 20 minutes and it shut off again. Tried to call the office and left a message. The message said that they were closed, even though the papers that she gave me said that they were open until 7 and it was only 6:00, so went to to office and knocked and even rang the doorbell until someone came and her comment was that it looked as though the sign said closed. Explained to her that the park breaker keeps going out and our RV is 99 degrees and wasn’t paying for this kind of attitude. Asked if someone could come and look at it and she said that she could asked her husband but he probably wouldn’t come down and check it out. Asked about another site and she told us that she didn’t know, but could check in a very nasty attitude again. I went over to the office door and she said I can’t go in that door, again with a nasty attitude. So came back to the RV and the breaker went again, so moved to the other spot that she told me about. Overall, with the management of this park needs to be replaced or adjusted to know what customer service should be. Will not be back. Strongly suggest that you find another place even if you have to pay more money.

A nice, small, mostly long-term RV park, but with spaces for short term visitors. Easy access to all of Reno and right across the street from Peppermill. Friendly residents. Family owned and operated. Really like this place. No restaurant, but a laundry and bathroom with shower for when you want something a bit larger than your RV shower.
