Quiet place well off the main road. The camp sites are large and well spaced around the central bathrooms and laundry. Both are pretty well maintained. When the lake was fuller this was probably pretty busy but lately its for sightseers and hikers which is fine by me. The Wi-Fi is ok when the place is empty but when 25% booked its pretty slow. No cable and no OTA tv so come with DVD or statelite. Also its a long way from Boulder City and Vegas so come prepared. Worth the price for me.

I've a short story that speaks to excellent service we received by the person manning the desk.

We had three 4ft sections of molding fall from our ceiling and land on our 6lb chihuahua. This blow totally laid the dog out. This happened on a Sat, and we needed to find a vet and fast.

My wife contacted the front desk. She was crying. The person at the desk gave us the information we needed (vet location and phone number) without so much as asking why. This person couldn't have been more professional.

Our dog will survive and we owe this good fortune in part to this park.

Thank you

This place is so quite and peaceful. A lot of snow birds that come here doing the winter. They have a community fire pit. A recreational rec room with pool tables, air hockey table, fuzball table, roku tv, lots of board games and puzzles with restrooms and a full size kitchen. The park also has restrooms and showers which is nice cause you don't need to dump your trailer or motorhome.
