We needed a place to stay on a periodic basis, and this location seemed pretty and convenient. After looking at the reviews we decided to steer clear of this place. Racist, wishy-washy with policies, poor upkeep, dangerous electrical, anger management issues, misogynist to name a few. These are all significant complaints and never once has the owner addressed any of these complaints or issues.

Stayed here last weekend and the place was amazing. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Except for the guy that works in the office (think his name is Mario), hes very aggressive and rude to customers and his coworkers! The owner Jim has strict rules regarding noise and condition of RV's that he'll allow in and I 100% appreciate that he sticks to them. It helps create a peaceful stay! Despite living 3.5hrs away Ioved the place so much I'm back again this weekend!!

DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY… No late check in if your traveling in from out of state. No laundry room even though it’s on the map. Steep driveway in from both RV Park entrances. The road uneven and hard to navigate at night. Restrooms and showers have very hard water which dried out my wife’s hair. The restroom smell bad from improper drain pipe exhaust and they have no AC so it will get hot. You pay $15 refundable fee for the key which is not like any other RV park we’ve stayed at. Wi-Fi is very slow as well if you are planning on working while traveling. We couldn’t wait to leave this place!

Small, quiet rv park along the Sacramento River with lush trees and grass. Lovely river views. We had a fig tree full of ripe figs next to our spot. Water and electricity connections and a picnic table at each spot, with a dump station near the park entrance. You'll need jacks for some of the spots by the river to get level, but we have built-in jacks on our rv so it was not an issue. Friendly, helpful staff.
