We were very pleased with this park. The folks were VERY friendly and helpful. For the price, it's an excellent bargain. We would definitely stay here again. We had a 40' foot fifth wheel and stayed in June 2015.

Very affordable and extremely nice management. Owner is very pleasant to talk to on the phone. Call ahead because they fill up quickly. 3 mins to town and across the highway is a Dollar General.

They were affordable. The Rv sites are tight, but good for an overnight or two. We stayed for the White sands NP. $25/night as of nov 2022

The office people were friendly, and hospitable, no complaints about them.

We have been fulltimers for over 5 years now, and have stayed at many R.V. parks. This one is different.

It is the first one we have really enjoyed staying at. The staff are wonderful, they are professional, but still warm, kind and inviting. The neighbors are friendly. The views of the Sacramento mountains are beautiful. And you can catch a glimpse of white sands. Its quiet, and peaceful. A great place to get away too.

Got in about dark on Saturday May 28. Office closed. Called the three contact numbers listed on the Welcome Board, no answer.

Instructions were clear on where overnighters could park. Only hooked up to electric since we were moving down the road the next morning.

On the board overnight rate was $50. They did offer 10% discount for military, AARP, Sam's or if you're 'just nice people.'

We left $45 in the provided envelope.

Advertised WIFI access, however no passcode available.

Owner did text me the next morning but seemed confused on why I was reaching out. I just wanted someone to know we were there.

Was easy in and out, just off US 54/70. Stoplight at the intersection.
