This is in Ruidoso, NM. Great RV space rate. Gated RV Park. Full hookups. Located conveniently close to all the action. Super friendly staff. Immediately greeted with welcoming smiles and conversations. Exceptional customer service. We usually do disperse camping. This RV place was pleasantly comfortable and suitable for our weekend getaway. We were busy having a good time that I forgot to take photos of our spot.
My husband and I stayed at this RV park this last week and I was so disappointed. First when we booked our reservation we told them we needed 50 amp hook up and they did not tell us that they only have 30 amp hook ups. So to our surprise when we arrived we didn't have what we needed because we were not told they only had 30 amp sites. They also tried to enforce policies that were no where in their policies nor where they told to us when we called and booked the reservation. When they did this management spoke to my husband and I like we were children and were so disrespectful. I could not believe we were being talked to like management was speaking to us. All around it was the worst stay I've ever had. I will not be going back and will not recommend this RV park to any of my friends that travel to Alto year around.
Beautiful setting for RV park, have stayed many times passing through. Friendly and helpful staff. Get up early enough you might see deer. It is a steep entrance to the park so be prepared although the sites are not paved they are pretty level.
Jeff and his staff were very friendly and courteous to our stay! They were always making sure everything was ok! Quiet area and close to the forest to go out and explore. Kid and pet friendly. Everyone staying there was very friendly!
My fiancé and I absolutely loved staying at Mountain High RV park. The staff is incredibly welcoming and willing to help. The views are stunning, and the wildlife that passes through the campsite will leave you in awe! We were able to bring our two small dogs without a problem! We will definitely be back. Thank you again Mountain High!
