From Jct of NM-18 & Hwy 62/180 (Marland Blvd), E 0.5 mi on Hwy 62/180 (R)
No amenities, lots of road noise and noise coming from the restaurant next door. Definitely expensive for what you're getting. No refunds. No kids allowed. Just not a friendly place. They will also try and charge an extra $75 if you try to use a credit card instead of a debit card
This is by far my worse experience in my many many years of staying in an rv park!!
Manager Érica was quite friendly and accommodating the first day.
I was looking forward to a long stay!
First day we went to the office to pay but she was having personal issues with her significant other and told us she would come get us later. Didn’t happen.
For the 3 days we stayed, we had some major issues with electrical. We asked her to have an electrician to check it out. We did our part and checked our Momentum 376th. Mind you it’s quite new and we have NEVER had issues!!! We live in it full time so we know every little thing happening to this trailer.
My husband asked her to help him fix this issues because he goes to work the next day!
Never happened. Totally ignored us and didn’t even come by to let us know she was back in the office so we could pay her.
On my FINAL day!
Once again. Electrical issues tripping and going on/off every 30 seconds. I went to knock on her door and she’s half asleep at 9am! She insist I pay and I explained she will not be paid until my husband comes back to work and she fixes my electrical issues. It’s now 105 degrees and inside my trailer 115!!!
I do errands come back and she locks/unplugs me. Shuts water off. We talk and have a discussion. I insist for an electrician and she keeps blaming it’s my trailer!!! I’ve done all I could! Unplugged everything but the one A/C!!!
She leaves me in the heat and dying! Thank goodness for generator. Mind you with the generator all 3 A/C works and all plugs works and finally the refrigerator which is 50 degrees finally start cooling down!! We left and moved to another rv park running all 3 A/C watching tv 📺 and all is well.
This is a long review but I just want you to know do not park at the back next to the fence and building. Something is wrong with the electrical. I looked up the code I was receiving and it suggested for me to move to a different park or fix the grounding of the electric box.
I really did like the park I just wished they would’ve fixed the electrical. I was really scared for my toy hauler getting damaged!!! It’s not a cheap toy hauler!!
No STARS AT ALL
BTW— it’s my first full day at Lea RVille park and all 3 A/C running full. My refrigerator is slowly cooling down and not once I’ve had any power surge.
Happy camper finally
If you're looking for an intown rv park with few amenities and road noise, this is the place for you. Camp Host Erica was helpful to a fault, trying to tell my husband how to place our rv. He offered that we could leave and find another park if she wasn't satisfied with how he parked. The rate was high for this place, but we stayed since it was just 1 night. We won't return or recommend it.
I am a travel nurse and have been to numerous RV parks. This one is actually quiet except for an occasional loud car on road, it is very clean and well kept. I feel safe here.
This Park is under new ownership and really, really good people! More than willing to help! Electric Car drivers please call. They have a level 2 charging and very good restaurant next door. Very good place and will be back!
