The Sanpete South Recreation Area is located on the west side of the Wasatch Plateau, south of Ephraim Canyon to the Forest boundary. It extends from the Skyline Drive on the east to the west Forest boundary. The closest access is from US 89 and nearby communities are Ephraim, Manti and Mayfield. This area features camping, scenic drives, hiking, motorized trails, snowmobiling, fishing and hunting. The Great Basin Environmental Education Center is located in this area.

It's a bit dated, but they offer all kinds of exercise classes. They hold a yearly boutique. Easily accessible. Located on main street.
The tile in the entry is awesome. Quaint rec center, limited rec stuff, has great potential, but under-utilized.
Great rec center, that we have been to for a number of community classes. Great to see how well-maintained it is, and the bathrooms are always clean! My oldest daughter took a dance class here and we enjoyed the section with the wood floor for the preparation for her performance. We also attend a science class, that is exceptional.
